Best Bitter by Long Man Brewery

Our fourth Beer of the Day for Cask Ale Week is Best Bitter by Long Man Brewery, which has been chosen by Mark Dredge, Beer Writer and TV Presenter.

Mark says:“This is my favourite local ale. The brewery is on a farm which grows barley using regenerative farming, and that barley gives this beer a rich malt flavour, with English hops adding a lovely bitterness. It’s a classic Sussex Best Bitter”.

Long Man, Best Bitter is perfectly balanced with a complex bittersweet malty taste, fragrant hops and a characteristic long deep finish. A traditional Sussex style Best Bitter.
